The turkey pan is an aluminum pan sandwiched between the carburetor and intake manifold. The top edge of the turkey pan is positioned close to the hood to direct cool air from the hood scoop into the engine, rather than drawing hot engine bay air. This was typically used on competition cars, but it looks and works great on any Cobra. It is made to fit a 4-barrel Holley carburetor with a single or double pumper and a rod throttle linkage on an FE big block motor. It has cutouts for fuel hoses from the fuel log. Brushed finish inside, with a polished exterior, like original cars. These are functional, not a showpiece.
