Shipping Methods
Due to the complexity of each order, our website does not calculate shipping. If ordering via our website you will receive a total for the parts only at the time of payment. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of shipping at which time we will email the invoice and a PayPal request for the balance of shipping. We use FedEx, USPS, and DHL. To specify a particular means of shipping, please call us at 603-279-0241.
We do not guarantee the exact date of delivery because shipping transit times vary.
Any correction to your shipping address once shipped will incur an additional charge of $15.00 per correction.
Processing Fees
If using a credit card or PayPal as payment, there will be a 3.5% processing fee added to the invoice.

We are open by appointment only. You can always place an order via our website, however, if you would like to place an order over the telephone you can reach us at 603-279-0241. We accept most major credit cards.
Product Support
Due to the volume of telephone calls Nick receives he is available by appointment to help answer any questions or provide technical support which is billed at the hourly shop rate. We are happy to provide reasonable product support telephone time to customers who have purchased our products. We have quite a few instructions and videos available to assist with product installation if needed. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment.
International Orders
All orders outside the continental US are considered in this category and must be prepaid prior to shipping. We do not underwrite the value of the merchandise on customs forms and we mark them as “commercial” sales. No foreign checks will be accepted. Actual shipping cost and handling will be charged, this amount does not include any duties, taxes, or fees for import to your country.
Damaged Shipments
All items are shipped in good condition and insured for their full value. If you receive a damaged or missing part due to damage to the shipping container, this is the responsibility of the carrier - UPS, USPS, FedEx, or truck line. Please notify them immediately to file a claim. Do not return the parts to us as it will nullify your damage claim. Please contact us if you are unsure how to proceed.
Price and Availability
All prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to change prices at any time. Availability of all products listed in our catalog is also subject to change without notice. Some of our items are listed as “SOLD OUT.” This usually means it is a custom-made item and requires a lead time on our end. Please contact our office to check our schedule to be sure it matches your time-frame for your build.
Returns / Exchanges
All new and reproduced products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. If you are not satisfied with a purchase and wish to exchange it, we ask that this be done within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns after 30 days. No returns on custom-made, or electrical parts. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless returned for exchange. Please contact our office as all returns must have prior authorization and must be freight prepaid. If we are in error, we will reimburse the amount of shipping only. No other warranty is written, expressed, or implied. The restocking fee will be waived when a return is exchanged for other merchandise.
