This is the collar clamp as used on 427 cars to clamp the steering tube to the gas pedal quadrant. This is made to fit a 1-1/4" steering tube as used on originals. This both clamps the steering tube and locates the bottom of it. Some variation in position can be accommodated by varying tube length, spacing it, or simply by flipping it over. Made from steel finished in black paint.
