This is the steering tube that holds and houses the upper steering shaft. It has the boss on the end to hold the correct indicator (directional) switch. It has bronze bearings for tight tolerance and longevity in service. Felt bottom bearing is available if preferred. Made from 1020 DOM tubing, TIG assembled with bearings Loctited in. Finished in black paint.
