Soft Top
Soft top per originals made with the British Ever Flex Vinyl. It has a heavy felt edge to both seal and protect the body work where the soft top touches against it. Clear plastic in back window installed. This is a great option for Cobras in any climate. The tops once fitted can be quickly and easily erected for unexpected rain or shelter against the sun.
NOTE: The front edge is unfinished as it needs to be fitted to individual cars around the split header bows. Back edge although finished needs the included lift-the-dot snaps installing. These need to be positioned and installed on the top to match the lift-the-dot posts on the car they are being fitted to. Tops need to be modified and custom fit to cars with a rollbar.
A couple of useful dimensions to help you see if this will fit your car. The top center of the windshield to the lift-the-dot posts at the back of the roof on the rear cowl measures approximately 45" in a straight line.
The roof measures approximately 53" across where it fits to the body just behind the doors.
Acton Custom recommends that this item be installed by a professional upholsterer or trim shop. Acton Custom is available to install this item if needed for an additional cost. Some install tips, measurements and pictures are available.
