Hood and Trunk Hinges
Hood or trunk hinges for original, continuation and replica Cobras. These are a 3/4" tubular hinge with a tight radius using very little room around the radiator tops. The hinge tube is a 1/2" tube with included oilite bushings for 1/4" hinge bolts. Hand TIG welded in a fixture for accuracy. Frame tabs for mounting are also available. These need fitting and welding by the installer on a new build or for repairs. The hinge gets fitted and welded to the hood or trunk frame directly or it could be fitted and welded to bolt plates for removable and adjustable hinges. This hinge is also available in a discreet 2 piece bolt together design to enable hood removal without removing the radiator or risking body damage in CSX cars. Sold as a pair in bare steel ready for fitting and welding.
